Getting Ready for Health Screen

Here are some tips to take heed before you come for your health screening:

  • Fasting: Abstain from all foods and drinks for at least 10-12 hours prior to the test. However, plain water is allowed.
  • Dress comfortably: Wear a loose fitting shirt/blouse that can be pulled up slightly. Short sleeves are recommended. 
  • Timing: Ladies are advised to come 5 days after the last day of menstruation to avoid traces of blood in the urine sample.
  • Documents: Please bring along your Malaysia NRIC or passport for foreigners.
